The Orleans Hotel & Gold Coast Casino Las Vegas Shuttle to Strip 2022

A complimentary shuttle service connects two distinct Las Vegas hotels with the Las Vegas Strip, but there is no free meal (and back). The Gold Coast Hotel & Casino and The Orleans Hotel & Casino are the two places to stay.

As a result, both casinos are situated west of the Las Vegas Strip, where residents and tourists alike may enjoy low-limit, friendly games without breaking the bank.

Shuttle service allows tourists to explore the Strip without incurring parking fees or taxi/Uber/Lyft fare costs.

To go from the Gold Coast to The Orleans to Fashion Show Mall on the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip, you may take a free shuttle that stops at Fashion Show Mall.

The best way to go back to The Orleans is through the Strip, then the Gold Coast.

Shuttle service from the Gold Coast/Orleans to the Las Vegas Strip

Sunday – ThursdayNoon – 10 PM
Friday & SaturdayNoon – Midnight

Be aware that the final bus leaving the Strip may depart up to half an hour before the posted time.

Locators for Pickup and Dropoff

The resort’s Flamingo Road entrance is just across the street from the free shuttle stop on the Gold Coast.

You may board or exit the casino shuttle at The Orleans right in front of the large glass windows read “The Orleans.”

You’ll be dropped off at Fashion Show Mall if you’re on the Strip. At this time, I think the pickup and dropoff location is at the Forever 21 valet parking spot at the north end of the mall. It was formerly located near the Linq Promenade dropoff.)

In addition, the shuttle’s arrival time at each dropoff location may be affected by traffic conditions on and near the Strip.

Gold Coast “A” is shown on the map below, whereas “B” represents the route to Orleans “B.” Afterwards, the shuttle heads to the Fashion Show Mall, which is marked by a black star.)

Boarding

According to their websites, the Gold Coast/Orleans Strip Shuttle is exclusively available to hotel guests or those with the casinos’ B-Connect player’s card. You don’t have to pay anything to use them, and your B-Connected card level isn’t an issue. Although I’m not sure whether this is properly enforced, a hotel room key or player’s card may not be required.

Also, remember to leave a little gratuity for the cab driver. Yes, it’s a free trip, but consider how much money you’ll save if you don’t have to pay for an Uber/Lyft or cab.

Other

Guests at the casino may wonder: why would we offer them a free shuttle to the competition?

The Orleans and Gold Coast are both owned by Boyd Gaming. Therefore it’s OK to gamble at any location.

Guests at Sam’s Town (also a Boyd Gaming property) may take the shuttle to the Strip and two additional Boyd Gaming hotels/casinos in downtown Las Vegas.

With the free shuttle service to and from the Strip, they believe that some customers would choose to stay at the hotel(s) over others who wouldn’t otherwise because of the convenient access to the Strip. It’s a good perk to have while staying at a hotel.

Rio’s free shuttle to and from the Las Vegas Strip has been discontinued. However, a few casinos still provide this handy (and free) facility to their visitors, which is wonderful to see in an age when many casinos are charging exorbitant resort fees.

Gold Coast Casino & Hotel – Airport Shuttle Service, Orleans Hotel

The free shuttle serving Orleans/Gold Coast/Strip does not serve McCarren International Airport.

A taxi, Uber/Lyft/Taxi, or one of the many airport shuttles is the only option for getting to and from the airport. Additionally, Bell Limousine has been providing Las Vegas airport service for decades.
