South Point Garden Buffet Prices & Hours April 2022

An equestrian facility and bowling rink round out the resort’s 2,100 guest rooms in three buildings. It also includes a moderately priced buffet that has just undergone considerable renovation and refreshment.

The South Point, a casino floor area of slightly over 137,000 square feet, is one of Las Vegas’ ten largest casinos.

As a result, the Garden Buffet’s famous lunch, brunch, and supper buffets meet the demands of South Point gamblers rather well.

The Garden Buffet can be found on the casino floor’s first level, only a short walk away. Even though the queue was big late at night, we never had to wait long for our turn.

Decor and layout are both quite simple. It’s a little raucous here because of the noise from the slot machines and the talking of other hungry clients.

A modestly-priced buffet (by Vegas standards) at South Point compensates by offering complimentary unlimited mimosas at brunch (more on that below).

Prices and opening hours for the South Point Garden Buffet in Las Vegas

The pricing below is for CLUB members only.

CLUB is South Point’s player card. Signing up is completely free, and the discounted buffet is available to everybody. When you get to the buffet, all you have to do is present your card.

You must have your CLUB card when you arrive. If you don’t have it, the prices below, before tax and tip, will cost you an additional $3.

Despite a one-dollar price increase in January 2022, the South Point buffet remains an economical option. CLUB card members pay the following buffet prices:

MealHoursClub Member Price
BreakfastMonday – Friday: 7 AM – 10 AM$10.95
LunchMonday – Friday: 11 AM – 3 PM$14.95
Champagne BrunchSaturday & Sunday: 8 AM – 3 PM$22.95
Prime Rib DinnerSaturday – Thursday: 4PM – 9 PM$22.95
Seafood NightFriday: 4PM – 9 PM$39.95

Unlimited Bloody Marys are included with the daily breakfast. The weekend Champagne brunch includes unlimited mimosas and champagne.

Menu items that are not available during the week are included in this more expensive Seafood Night. There is also a choice of prime rib. You get two complimentary glasses of wine or draught beer with the seafood night.

Please also keep in mind that there is a one-hour pause between meals.

This is important since it prohibits you from pulling the old-school buffet trick of arriving late for lunch and sticking around for the more costly supper fare.

Holiday pricing at the South Point Garden Buffet

Holiday buffet pricing at the Garden Buffet isn’t marked up nearly as much as at some of their northern casino rivals.

For example, the Christmas dinner buffet cost $21.95 this past Christmas (with a Club card)

The New Year’s Day Brunch (served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) in 2022 costs $23.95 per person (with a Club card).

Prices for Children

The non-card pricing for children aged 4 to 8 is reduced by 50%. Except for children under 3, all meals for youngsters 9 and older are free.

On each side of a lengthy salad bar, there are many selections.

There are six live-action cooking stations in addition to the soup and salad bar. The following is a quick rundown of some of the most popular menu items, but keep in mind that they are constantly subject to change.

The menu includes everything from turkey, mashed potatoes, and filled baked tomatoes to Egg fu young, vegetables, and Brussel sprouts.

Stations Other Than These

Menudo and make-your-own burritos may be found on the Mexican side of the menu.

In the Italian station, you may cook your pasta and pizza.

The beef ribs at the BBQ station are well-received. Brisket, meatloaf, and sides like macaroni and cheese and cornbread muffins are also on the menu.

Peel and eat shrimp, seafood creole, fresh fish, and sushi are among the seafood selections.

At the Mongolian Grill, a cook-to-order Chinese/Mongolian station, you choose the protein, ingredients, and sauces to be made on the grill in front of you every night.

Every night of the week, the carving station at the South Point buffet features prime rib. Pork loin and turkey are also available. Then there’s cranberry sauce for the turkey, horseradish for the mashed potatoes, etc.

Desserts

What about dessert? A separate gelato section has an employee who scoops up your order from behind the counter. Of course, there’s ice cream available. I counted six distinct gelato flavors.

In addition, there is a normal selection of pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries.
